Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?
You can contact us during business hours, 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. You can email us at orders@bethlehemtreasures.com concerning questions or comments and will get back with you promptly. If you have a question about your order, please give us your name, address and date of order.
Can I return the product I bought?
Yes, you can return your product. There are some restrictions to returning a product. Please review our return policy. You can find our return policy here: Return Policy.
How do I buy your products at wholesale?
We offer a great wholesale program. If you are a retailer or desire to re-sell our products from your home, our program is just for you. You can read all about our wholesale program here: Wholesale Program.
Can I view my purchase history?
You can view your purchase history through the "My Account" section of our site. You can reach this section here: My Account. When you login to you your account, you will be able to see the history of all of your purchases. You can also track the shipping of your order in this area. If you forget your password to your account, go to My Account and click on the Forgot Password link and it will be emailed to you.
Am I able to track my purchases on-line?
Yes. Login into your account. Click on your order and you will be able to track the shipping from there.
