You can return items within 14 days of the original invoice date. You may expect your refund within 48 hours of return, less shipping. Nor returns are allowed after 14 days of the original invoice date.
- Returns will not be accepted without getting a return autorization number from our customer service department.
- All shortages or damages must be reported within 14 days of the receipt of the order.
- All shortages or damages must be shipped back to us within 7 business dayas of receipt of return authorization number.
- Items returned without our return autorization number can not be refundd or credited. We will ship late items back to you.
